These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for buying from us. By placing an order, you agree to these rules. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Our Working Hours & Order Processing

We want to get your products to you as quickly as possible! Here is how we handle orders:

Our Hours: We are open from 08h00 to 16h00, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Weekday Orders: If you place an order after 16h00, it will be processed the next business day.

Weekend Orders: If you place an order on Friday after 16h00 (or over the weekend), it will only be processed on the following Monday.

 

2. Delivery and Couriers

Delivery Fee: There is a nationwide delivery fee of R150 applied to orders. This fee is not included in the bundle price and will be added to your total at checkout.

Our Courier Only: To make sure your parcel arrives safely, we only use our specific, authorized courier company. We do not allow customers to arrange their own couriers or collections.

 

3. Special Add-Ons

Extra Bottle Choice: With this offer, you can add an extra bottle of your choice to your order for an additional R95.

 

4. No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: We protect the quality and hygiene of our natural cleaning products. Because of this, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please double-check your order before making payment, as we do not offer cash refunds or returns if you change your mind.

Your Privacy & South African Law (POPI Act)

We respect your privacy and strictly follow South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

 

5. How We Protect Your Personal Information

What We Collect: When you order, we collect basic details like your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.

Why We Need It: We only use this information to process your payment, pack your bundle, and deliver it to your door.

Keeping it Safe: We store your information securely and will never sell or share your details with outside companies (except for our courier company, so they know where to deliver your box!).

Your Rights: You have the right to ask us what information we have about you, and you can ask us to update or delete it at any time.

 

6. Marketing and Newsletters (Opt-In)

Your Choice: In line with South African law, we will never spam you. We will only send you promotional emails, special deals, or newsletters if you explicitly tick the box to opt-in and give us permission.

Stopping Messages: If you change your mind later, you can stop receiving marketing messages at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly.
